The following services can only be provided in the state of Arizona! In-person services offered in the greater Phoenix location only.

What’s Included:

• 2 Hours of Functional Behavior Assessment in 1-2 Settings

• 1.5 Hour Interview (In-Person or Telehealth)

• Detailed Report of Assessment Results (6 hours)

  • Individualized Skill Acquisition Goals

  • Individualized Behavior Strategies + Goals

• 8 Hours of Individualized Therapy with a Licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

  • Hours may be utilized through 2-hour weekly appointments for 4 weeks targeting…

    • Caregiver Training

    • 1:1 Direct Therapy with BCBA + Individual

    • School Staff Training

    • Coordination of Care with Other Providers

  • NOTE: How hours are used will differ based on you or your child’s unique needs and will be determined during the assessment based on client preferences, goals, concerns, or recommendation from BCBA.

• All services offered in this package can be provided in-person or virtual.

  • NOTE: Location will be determined during the assessment based on priority, concerns, and preference. Location may include client’s home, community, school, or work.

If feeling unsure you will want or need 8 hours of therapy after assessment, A La Carte / Hourly Services are also available for purchase!
